The 10. Räumbootsflottille was formed in Cuxhaven on February 1942 and was commanded by Herbert Nau, this flotilla was made up of the following 1937-43 Type R-boats and was deployed for minesweeping and security duties.

The 10. Räumbootsflottille was disbanded 22 August 1944.
