considerably damage Kaifeng railroad yards and strafe command
centre South of Puchou. 8 P-51 Mustang fighter-bombers damage
2 bridges at Fenglochen and Shihkiachwang and hit railroad
targets around Fenglochen and Suchow.
Far East Air Force (FEAF). Bad weather hinders United States
Army Air Force (USAAF) B-24 Liberator heavy bombers over Formosa.
A few hit Toshien, the primary target. Others hit alternates
including Toko, Koshun, Kontei, Garan-bi Point, Taito, Mako
naval base and other Formosan targets. 2 B-32's bomb Koshun
airfield. A-20 Havoc light bombers and fighter-bombers attack
Cervantes area, Marikina area, targets in Cagayan Valley,
and islands North of Luzon. B-24 Liberator heavy bombers bomb
Balikpapan Sepinggang area. B-25 Mitchell medium bombers and
fighter-bombers support ground forces in Brunei Bay area and,
sweeping North Borneo from Kudat to Miri, hit numerous targets.

B-29 Superfortress heavy bomber's drop mines in Shimonoseki
Strait and in waters at Niigata, during 13-
14
June 1945.
Seventh Air Force. 13 United States Army Air Force (USAAF)
B-24 Liberator heavy bombers from Guam bomb airfields on Moen.
Over 40 P-47 Thunderbolt fighters from Ie Shima strafe and
fire rockets at vessels, buildings, radio station, barracks,
and airfields at Amakusa Jima, Amami-O-Shima, and Tokuno.
