The British War office stated that, in Dombaas area the British,
fighting with indomitable courage, had resisted any further
German advance.
North of Stenkjer British patrols inflicted heavy casualties
on German forces. Fresh landings took place along the coast
of Norway.
The British air ministry announced that the British Royal
Air Force (RAF) had successfully bombed Luftwaffe airbases
at Fornebu, near Oslo. One aircraft missing.
German aircraft approached the east coast at several points,

He 111 crashed into flames at Clacton, and the mine. It
was carrying exploded. Two civilians were killed and the 156
injured, at least 50 houses badly damaged.
As a result of Italy's attitude, British merchant shipping
is being diverted from Mediterranean to alternative routes.
