The British Admiralty announced that three more German supply
ships had been sunk, bringing the total since
8
April 1940, up to 28.
The trawler HMS Hammond was sunk by bombing, and the trawler
HMS Larwood set on fire by incendiary bomb.
The British War office stated position in Gudbrandsdal remained
unchanged. There were heavy Luftwaffe air attacks on Aandalsnes
and Molde.
Anglo-French army communique issued at Namsos stated that
British were in touch with German forces north of Stenkjer.
German patrols were repulsed with losses
Norwegian hospital ship Brand IV, heavily bombed by German
planes off Aalesund.
