It was reported from Stockholm, that Anglo Norwegian and German
forces had met in Trondheim sector. Germans said to have been
forced to abandon use of Vaernes aerodrome owing to Allied
air attacks.
Another report stated that British forces had landed at Romsdalsfjord,
southwest of Trondheim.
Hegra fortress on Trondheim-Storlien railway, still holding
out against attack from land and air.
French fighter planes shot down, one Luftwaffe reconnaissance
machine on French soil, and another behind enemy lines.
Dutch premier announced extension of state of siege to entire
territory of Netherlands.
