Finnish delegation led by M Paasikivi and accompanied by M
Tanner, Finnish Minister of Finance, arrived at Moscow to
resume negotiations with Russia.
Paris reported that after a quiet night on the Western front.

was brought by a prize crew into Kola Bay, north of Murmansk,
flying the swastika.
