History

The Do 212 was an all metal cantilever monoplane with fixed wing tip floats with pusher propeller at tail only one built prototype. Construction started in 1941 and on 3 August 1942 was flown for the first time towed by a Do 24. Due instability problems the project was abandoned and was scrapped in 1943
