rail bridge at HeiShih Kuan, damage bridge approach at Hwayuan,
and hit a variety of targets South of Kuo-lueh-chen. 10 P-51
Mustang fighter-bombers drop napalm on trucks, barracks, storage,
trains, and town areas at Sinyang, and Shanyangchen. 45 other
fighter-bombers and photo reconnaissance aeroplanes attack
railroad targets, bridges, troops, and other targets at several
South and East China points and survey enemy movements.
Far East Air Force (FEAF). United States Army Air Force (USAAF)
B-24 Liberator heavy bombers bomb Toshien and Okayama while
B-25 Mitchell medium bombers hit oil plant West of Kagi and
several targets. B-25 Mitchell medium bombers, A-20 Havoc
light bombers, and fighter-bombers attack Santa Fe, Fula,
and Casambalangan areas in the North part of Luzon and support
ground forces in Ipo Dam and Marikina areas in the South.
Heavy bombers, medium bombers, and fighter-bombers attack
Jesselton, Kudat, Bintula, and Tarakan Island.
