Steamer Patria sank in Haifa harbour following explosion.
The British Royal Air Force (RAF) Bombers attacked naval base and dockyards
at Kiel and Wilhelmshaven. Other aircraft bombed docks at
Hamburg and Willemsoord, seaplane base at De Mok, and several
enemy aerodromes.
