The Norwegian minelayer Olav Tryggvason is captured.

11 April 1940
The Norwegian minelayer Olav Tryggvason is renamed Albatross and commissioned.

16 May 1940
The minelayer Albatross is renamed Brummer (II).

3 April 1945
The minelayer Brummer is severly damaged in an American air raid.

1945
The minelayer Brummer is broken up, and scrapped.
